Most of the time, rape isn't the symptom of sexual urge. It's just a weapon, used to psychologically destroy the victim. No surprise rape is so commonly used as a weapon of war.
During WWII, some soldiers even raped 80 years-old women! Of course they didn't enjoy it because of their victims were sexy, they enjoyed it because they were destroying human's lives and liked it. That's what rape is!

Um, well it depends what caused the person to be raped. Like, depending on the scenarios.
But I do agree, rapists, if not caused or influenced by drugs, alcohol, or inconcious consent, should be punished by justice and the law.
